‘Harvest for Heroes’ Festival Brings Long Beach Community Together To Support Veterans

Cannabis Advocates Launched a New Multi-Block Veteran’s Day Weekend Music and Lifestyle Festival on Saturday, November 13th, 2021.

Harvest For Heroes took place from 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. stretching for multiple blocks across Long Beach’s historic Pine Avenue. Donations from the event will benefit a number of veteran organizations, including: Veterans For Cannabis; Local Hearts Foundation; MEDVETS; Patriots and PawsVetNet; Vet Paw and Warriors Road.

The event wass produced by Catalyst Cannabis, a Long Beach-based cannabis dispensary chain and Immersia Live, a live experience and media platform, and in conjunction with The Blacklist, an online movement with a mission to educate the cannabis community as well as Cannabis Talk 101, The World’s Number One Source For Everything Cannabis, The inaugural Harvest for Heroes festival is free and open to the public and features:

– FRESH BAKED Main Stage will feature music performances from Chali2na and House of Vibe Allstars, Common Sense, Kaleo from Pepper, Street Drum Corps Ras-1 from the original Long Beach Dub All Stars, Krooked Treez and more.

– TRUE CLASSICS Street Stage area featuring Top performances and Live Street art including Wyland and many more.

– CANNABIS TALK 101 Veteran’s STAGE Guest talks from veterans and top experts in natural medicine and health at the Veteran’s Storyteller stage

– Boo Johnson’s JUST FOR FUN skatepark curated by Long Beach skate legend Boo Johnson at the center of 5TH and Pine Intersection

– GROWPACKERS Promenade area featuring a wide variety of food and beverage options from local Long Beach establishments, roaming street performers, live art, musicians and much more

– The first 250 Veterans to receive a Veterans wristband at the 5TH and Pine veterans area booth will be provided a great BBQ dinner courtesy of Stiiizy and also receive a gift bag of natural medicine products at the Catalyst Dispensary at 433 Pine Avenue thanks to our generous sponsors with the cost only $1.
